Think before You Speak

💬Think before You Speak.

Thinking before speaking is a skill that can value our very relationships, reputation, and general well-being.

Sometimes delay in verbalization may mean rehousing the activity in the person's mind that considers what he wants to say, how he will say it, what others will understand it to mean, how they will feel, what it is really like to say, what he would gain from it, etc. There are many times when silence before eruption may leave one wondering what the end of the argument was for the real issue. Towards it there is really little confusion. One will realize that it is either the loss or the giving up of power such as silence being used to achieve what merits should be due to a person.

Instead of keeping the silence in the time when it is considered as the right thing to do, one should talk less and go on expressing their views without an effect that will be bad. Waiting for some time and everything gets cleared by then, and everything that matters becomes easy to remember. One can hold back their thinking and expressions but will have to spell it out for someone else if someone really wants to know what one means. Most people are found lost in their words and what they mean by them.

The difference between thinking first and just saying what is said is that thinking usually helps one avoid misunderstanding along with lowering conflict, and it demonstrates respect for the feelings of others. Applying this as a habit will better the communications as well as the relationships.

                        👀HOW TO BECOME

                        MENTALLY MATURE👀

💫Don't think you are Mature

Maturity is a continuous process & believing you've reached a state of complete maturity can be an impediment to further growth & self-improvement.

Mental maturity and the path to develop it begin with being humble-the recognition that there is always room to grow and learn. If you think you are already mature, then you will be less open to new perspectives and improvements. Therefore, one must remain curious and open-minded to gain greater emotional intelligence and wisdom as time goes on.

💫Be Proactive, not Reactive

Proactive means to take initiative & control of one's own life rather than just reacting to events as they arise.

A proactive mindset involves getting hold of taking initiatives and preventing events before they occur or preventing circumstances from happening. Rather than reacting to a situation happening at that particular instance, it calms you, keeps your thoughts and makes decisions, and allows you to sufficiently solve the problem. Adopting a proactive mindset in life means taking more effective personal accountability for outcomes in life.

💫Understand Emotions & Use Them Correctly

Understanding & controlling emotions is one of the most significant domains of emotional intelligence.

Knowing what feelings and their reasons is all about understanding your emotions. Proper use of emotions implies expressing these in healthy ways that make it possible for you to make better decisions and communicate effectively. When emotions are well managed, they become guides instead of obstacles, leading to development in relationships and personal growth.
